Sponsor Lee Burch – Head Coach

Back the man building something special at Borough. Lee Burch holds a UEFA A Licence and has managed at the highest levels of the women’s game, with previous roles at Millwall Lionesses, Yeovil Town, London Bees, and Coventry United before joining Rugby Borough. He has been named WSL2 Manager of the Year during his career and has been central to the club’s journey to one of the most ambitious projects in the Women’s National League.

In May 2025 he signed a three-year contract extension, committing to the club through to 2028, a statement of intent from both manager and club about where this is heading.
